Supply and installation of any type of pumps and pipework especially the Grundfos variable speed booster pump sets for water boosting applications. By using a variable speed, multiple pumpset, the cost for the power used is proportional to the quantity of water to be delivered. As the number of pumps running are controlled by the water demand in the system, each pump is controlled to run at its best efficiency point and thus the set can be operated very cost effectively. Therefore there is no need to install the largest pump to suit the maximum demand with the consequential loss In efficiency and increase in power consumption and running cost. |

 The
ozone tank access covers are gas tight and lockable.The cover design has been evolved through experience and the cost refined accordingly. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with viton gasket to ensure the whole assembly is proof against ozone gas.

The
flow baffles are for fitting internally to secondary ozone contact tanks.
By fitting baffles to the secondary ozone tank, the flow patterns within
the tank are improved with the consequential improvement of the gas transfer
coefficient into the water. Therefore the efficiency of the tank is improved
and ozone gas production can be optimised with a beneficial saving in revenue
costs.

By fitting degassing trays, the removal of the excess ozone from the treated water is maximised and the amount of sodium bisulphite used for removal of the excess ozone is reduced. are fitted to allow accurate proportional division of flows to individual
treatment lanes on a sewage treatment works.
Why fit inaccurate vertical penstocks, when our horizontal fully adjustable flow calibration weirs give you an accurate means of measuring flows. Measurement of flow is proportional to the length of the weir and the depth of the liquid flowing over the weir. Therefore by having a fixed height of weir, the length is adjustable using the horizontal weir and calibrated accordingly. Thus an accurate value can be determined for the flow over the weir. |
